Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie

I pinned this recipe last Friday night, and when my husband went out of town for a boys night of Starcraft and Steak on Saturday I decided that Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie would be my treat in the evening.
I couldn't actually find Hot Fudge sauce, but the Smuckers Chocolate Fudge sauce seemed to do the trick.  I went simple all the way, and bought the prepared graham crumb crust and the tub of frozen dessert topping.  With my handy dandy KitchenAid to do all of the mixing work for me, this project was incredibly simple and quick.  Within 10 minutes, the pie was prepared and tempting me.
Tip:  Don't 'test' the pie filling before you put it into the shell; you won't have any left before long!
The result was ABSOLUTELY incredibly tasty and delish - I had to invite friends over to share the rest of it on Sunday night or I would have made myself sick eating the rest!  I'd heartily recommend making this tasty and simple dessert for a special treat - you can't get any better than peanut butter and chocolate, filled out with the richness of cream cheese!  (Also - the author of the blog says that she added the remainder of the whipped cream on top of the pie before the drizzling of peanut butter and fudge, but I don't think she really did, or you wouldn't be able to see the layer of fudge from the top of the pie.  I think that they whipped cream on top is a good thing - it helps to cut the richness of the fudge.)

    1. Hi there! I linked to the recipe at the very beginning of the post - I didn't create the recipe, so I can't reproduce it on the site. However, here's the link if you can't find the link in the first line: http://yummyluv.blogspot.com/2011/01/recipe-for-sexcess.html
