Four Superheroes and a Pretty Princess

So being the only girl in our house (not counting the dog), it tends to be a loud, busy house.  Four boys wrestling, running, jumping, and being superheroes.  Somewhere along the line, though, these wonderful superheroes have taken to calling me a "Pretty Princess."  I often get "Thank you, Your Majesty," or "This supper is delicious, You Royal Highness."  Anytime they see something pink and sparkly in the store or the flyers, they think I should have it.

But aside from that, our house is full of superheroes!  Spiderman, Batman, Ironman, Thor, The Hulk.

Saving the world, rescuing the Pretty Princess, or just running around yelling "BATMAN!!"

We read all about how these brave heroes help people, and always try to do what is right, even though it's hard sometimes.   I think that these are good characteristics to encourage.

And of course, superheroes need a superhero cake!  Our 4 year old had seen all kinds of Spiderman cakes on Pinterest.  I didn't have the time or the energy for all that, so we compromised, making a web and placing Spiderman on top!

So these superheroes were thrilled when they got their KinderSurprise eggs with the new Marvel Superhero toys. Opening, eating, and putting their toy together - such excitement.  And then they get to play with more superheroes!

They also noticed the pink top on Mommy's egg, and thought it was perfect that Mommy got a Pretty Princess with a pink sparkly dress.

    1. Fun! Have you seen the Pinterest idea of adding a tutu to a superhero outfit to make it for a girl superhero? Very cute!
