Cinnamon Roll Bread

MR - I had a craving for cinnamon buns, but I wasn't sure I felt like doing all the rolling and measuring and cutting.  Then I remembered I had seen this pin for Homemade Cinnamon Swirl Bread.  It looked amazing, and like slightly less work than the cinnamon buns. 

I was thrilled to use my brand new Kitchen Aid stand mixer - so much fun.  I doubled the recipe, but made it in 2 separate batches.  It mixed up very easily, and the dough looked so soft and smooth.
 You roll it out in a large rectangle and put the filling in, just like cinnamon buns, but then you just put the whole roll into a loaf pan to bake.  I put a bit of cream cheese icing on top (though that made it a little more difficult to cut).
So good!  I've made it several times since, and it doesn't last long....
